Dear Mary,  

We have now been in our new home for four months and appreciate it more each day. Helen and I cannot thank you enough for finding our "dream home".  We are aware that we were probably not the easiest customers to satisfy but your continued diligence and hard work was key in locating the right home for us. We are particularly appreciative of the fact that you covered all the bases during the transaction and kept us informed and educated as related to each step in the process.  

We have very close friends who will soon be relocating from the East Coast to Tucson.  As you know, we have recommended you, to them, and after a couple of telephone conversations, they have indicated, to me, that they want you to be their realtor.
